The Two Hearts in Divine Revelation
Scripture reveals the profound
significance of the Heart.
God made us in His image and likeness,
so that we could love Him from the
heart. This desire of God was rejected
by men when they chose sin instead.
But the Word was made flesh, and He
loved us with a human heart that was
pierced and that poured forth His blood
until the last drop. Through His Heart,
all human hearts
are healed.
The Blessed Virgin gave her Heart
together with Jesus on the cross. In
this way, she manifested, in the highest
degree, the love with which she had
always lived. She kept all things in her
Heart.
God desires that all men also open their
hearts to His infinite love and live as
His children. In order to help us to do
this, He gives us the Heart of Jesus and
Mary. These Two Hearts are destined to
reign over all.

were called in one body. And be
thankful.

those who are your earthly masters, not

I have sent him to you for this
very purpose, that you may know how we
are and that he may encourage your
hearts,
1Thess.2.4
but just as we have been
approved by God to be entrusted with the
gospel, so we speak, not to please man,
but to please God who tests our hearts.
1Thess.2.17
But since we were torn away
from you, brothers, for a short time, in
person not in heart, we endeavored the
more eagerly and with great desire to
see you face to face,

so that he may establish
your hearts blameless in holiness before
our God and Father, at the coming of our
Lord Jesus with all his saints.

and discerning the thoughts and
intentions of the heart.
Heb.8.10

will make with the house of Israel after

quiet spirit, which in God’s sight is
very precious.

of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a
tender heart, and a humble mind.

but in your hearts regard
Christ the Lord as holy, always being
prepared to make a defense to anyone who
asks you for a reason for the hope that
is in you;
2Pet.1.19
And we have something more

your hearts,

before him;
