devotion and consecration to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary
have in our lives.”

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, you have loved humanity to
the extreme and have not spared anything to bring about our
salvation and to give to us your love, your life, your grace
and your truth. You have loved man to the point of allowing
your Heart to be pierced so as to become the source of
abundant life for all humanity. You have taught us to love
to the point of giving life. Your Pierced Heart is the
open fountain from which flow, with power and strength,
the Blood and Water that purify, transform, vivify and
liberate our hearts. Your Pierced Heart is the greatest sign
of love that humanity can contemplate; love that is willing
to be pierced to give life, a love that in itself is
fruitful and has power to bring new life.
To your Sacred Heart we desire to consecrate today "The
Respect life Ministry". Through this consecration we ask
you to pour over this ministry and all those who participate
in this mission, the graces to be witnesses to love and life
in a world so battled by the culture of death and
selfishness. May this consecration bring forth a renewal of
heart to live, teach and witness to the Gospel of Life with
ardor and enthusiasm. May everyone of us serving this
mission, acquire the virtues that are found in your Heart
and be totally disposed to be channels of mercy and life for
those who will need our services. May "The Respect life
Ministry" be a fit and humble instrument of Your Heart to
promote the culture of love and life and the sincere
well-being of all, especially the unborn, the defenseless
and the needy.
O Immaculate Heart of Mary, you are the most perfect model of total consecration and
dedication to the Heart of Jesus. O Mother, your heart was
totally open to life and to serve Jesus, the Life of the
World. It is our desire to be disposed to the power of the
Spirit who is the giver of life, and to unconditionally
serve, as you Mother, His designs to bring a new culture of
love, light, and life. Teach us to be pure and generous
channels to communicate the life of Jesus to so many hearts.
The "Respect Life
Ministry" wishes to consecrate itself to your Immaculate
and Maternal Heart, the perfect and sure path to enter into
profound communion with the Heart of Jesus. Your Heart,
filled abundantly with grace and holiness, is the refuge
where we are healed and liberated from all our selfishness,
sterilities and darkness. Oh Most Holy Virgin, we want to
belong unreservedly to your Maternal Heart, bearing within
us a complete and loving readiness to do the will of God,
manifested through your maternal mediation. In virtue of
this consecration, we implore you, O Immaculate Heart, to
guide us into a path of fruitfulness in our own hearts and
apostolic mission in the Church for the triumph of the
culture of life. With your maternal care, protect us from
all physical and spiritual harm. May our hearts be inflamed
by the fire of the Holy Spirit as is your Heart so to
proclaim as you did, by prayer and presence; by words and
actions, the power of being witnesses to love and to life.
May we be like you, protectors and guardians of life;
promoters and channels of life.

and Mary, united in love to bring us life
You are the hope of the world. In your perfect communion of
love for God and for humanity, you have given yourselves for
the salvation of the world. You have taught us that love
conquers fear, that love conquers darkness, that love always
has the power to give life. Through this consecration, the
Respect Life Ministry of the Archdiocese
, humbly seeks to participate in the designs of mercy
which the Pierced Hearts are manifesting in the world. May we be
ardent witnesses and generous servants of the new
civilization of love and life. May the banner for our
mission of and for life, be the Hearts of Jesus and Mary.
May their triumph of love bring about a culture of life.
